What started as an experiment and hobby has turned into a true pleasure after 20 years: Our Turmbräu, brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law. Depending on our guests' taste preferences, we offer three varieties: Turmbräu Lager, Turmbräu Wheat, and Turmbräu Dark. All naturally cloudy, full-bodied – and easy-drinking. Only available on tap, never bottled – because beer tastes best where it's brewed!
From “Bürger” = The citizen and “Stube” for the only room in a building with a warming stove. This made it a popular meeting spot for all the townspeople who wanted to warm both body and soul. Our wood-paneled room dates back to the 19th century and was long the go-to spot for all townmembers, at least once per week.
